Hey, I'm Dr. Steph. I am a pelvic floor physical therapist and owner of Empowered Wellness.

As a Holistic pelvic floor physical therapist, I take a comprehensive approach to pelvic floor dysfunction. Rather than simply focusing on the physical symptoms, I consider the whole.person and address any underlying emotional, nutritional, or lifestyle factors that may be contributing to their condition. By taking this approach I am able to help my patients achieve lasting relief from a wide range of pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, and more.

I am passionate about helping people heal and giving hope. My goal is to empower my patients and restore function and confidence in their bodies.

Whether you are beginning to think through what you hope for, are preparing for your family to grow, or you are struggling to believe that there is peace for you amidst the parenting.
